Skills Development Program for Employers

Our Skills Development Project is a community-based program aimed at developing workforce solutions and delivering talent programs to enable the Algoma region’s businesses to access the right talent with the right skills needed to drive innovation and productivity. YouLaunch will serve to bridge the gap between education, training and industry needs.

Our Work Integrated Learning program will provide pre-employment training tailored to your company’s needs.
Youth will gain meaningful work experience while applying their new skills.
Placements include paid or unpaid positions and can include short-term placements, internships (virtual and on-site), community projects, job shadowing and others.
